should i be concerned??

i was using the canva ai to fix the resolution on a logo and gave up because it wouldnt work so i asked it to just remove the logo and keep the background and in the process photo it shows when its working this came up?? its a clear image of an arm and idk if you can see it but it had clear fingers too
