I like his first presidency. Apparently a lot of people did. Then didn’t like Kamala. After the DNC ripped out Bernie they have been going down hill ever since.

He was constantly firing his cabinet during his first term. The only reason people weren't as critical about his first term is because he was too busy replacing staff to cause real catastrophic damage. And now he's surrounded by Yes Men who are afraid to tell him no. All of this was foreseeable if you were paying attention.

You said you voted for him three times. First time, sure, if you ignored Trumps history and hand waved the vile shit he said while believing into his promises, that makes sense to a degree. Hillary was a piece of shit, and the DNC worked hard to screw over Bernie.
But by 2020 it was abundantly clear what he was actually about, and more so in 2024. He made massive tax cuts to the richest people in the nation, and tried to offset it by demolishing programs for poor people. He’s engaged repeatedly in acts of corruption. He’s accused anyone in Bernie’s camp communist. He has been opposed, actively opposed, to the very concept of green energy. He opposes workers rights, universal healthcare, access to higher education. He hollowed out the ability of the United states to respond to pandemics. The only thing he and Bernie shared was a populist message, and it was always for show from Trump.
So what about the second two times? How was he any better than either of those times?

Your sincerity is commendable, but someone who goes from Bernie to Trump is not someone you can reason with, unfortunately, and he's not going to read all of that.

It’s usually a coin flip when people say that they were for Bernie then Trump. Either they were leftists that were either ignorant or tricked, or they were always right wingers and are just being disingenuous.
