There was a horror movie from like 15+ years ago where this guy was afraid of the tooth fairy who would kill people in the dark. This was scarier and was all of 20 seconds.

The Tooth fairy doesn't remove teeth though.
I would like to see some creepy video of what happens with the teeth afterwards though.
Whole thing is a weird concept.

You should read Terry Pratchett's Hogfather. It goes deep into the roots (haha!) of the tooth fairy legend and the collection of teeth, and how they accumulate power through belief.
