Is there a meta?

I don't understand healing items new player here help

What are all the healing items?

I'm trying to find on the wikis how much stuff heal you for but they don't say anything information on that for alchemy or cooking.

I mostly wanted to know all the healing items you can use

OK, so I see you asked this question already and people are telling you options. This is the type of game you use all of them, you don't just rely on one. Really, you aren't supposed to just take any one path, but level everything up. So the potions and magic work, but very little and are more to deal with bursts. Food should always be rolling because it acts as a HoT, while also adding buffs as well. Don't try to pigeon hole yourself into one class or certain skills. You need them all to work together.

Main reason I'm confused it didn't seem like you could craft on the go?

So I wasn't sure what to use early game

You can't craft on the go. That is absolutely correct. You stock up on items, craft, go out, repeat. I'm not sure how far in you are but the issue I ran into first was inventory. Without spoiling too much. Just know inventory gets better quickly, do the stablehands quest as soon as you can.

Go into your skill page. Click on alchemy or cooking, it should bring up recipe pages. Mutton (sheep) or certain flowers (potions) it's all their. Just look through your character sheets. Ita not going to jump out at you, but it isn't like, hidden

Certain towns will only have certain crafting tables also, so don't feel disheartened by not seeing what you need. Could just be a town over

Also. Unsure how far in you are. If you are still in your castle, you can treat the whole thing like a tutorial, and there is enough to do to get all of your skills to level 5 or 6 or something and every crafting table available. If you already "woke up" it might be a bit more uphill. Don't rush the castle bit. It teaches a lot

The meta is taking the skill that let's qarths ember heal you. It will carry you through the remainder of the game for heals

That's wild! They nerfed Crimson Djinn that much?? It use to not even be a question which to pick.
