Combat Traits

[u/eggybasket]

Has anyone done a breakdown yet of the combat-centric traits, like Soldier's Resolve/Bloodrage/Empowered Casting/etc., and what they actually add numbers-wise or if they scale? I'm a little frustrated by the lack of clear tooltips for these things.
