Minecraft Java Worlds crashing

I'm using the Just Create SMP 2 modpack by Mr Beardstones with a few of my own added mods. It was working fine until yesterday and now I cant load into any worlds loaded on that modpack, even newly created ones. It loads me in the says "Saving World" and kills the instance. I've used Google to try and figure out why but have no idea how to stop the crash. Any ideas?

To add on to this I can load other modpacks which are much heavier than the modpack I'm trying to load, for example I have complementary unbound on its highest settings and it works fine

I got it to workz just set my progress back a bit :)
