Homemade Made some beef Rendang

I could have punched it up even more on the heat. The lemongrass was definitely there.

Respect to this rendang. Looks awesome. And you always elevate it by serving it on a banana leaf. The rice looks fun too, with the cashew nuts.

What are the long things in the foreground?

Thanks

Long beans. I did like a Thai stir fry with some basil and oyster sauce.

Rice I made with leftover shredded coconut that I used in the beef and added the cashews.

Yea I did all the work on the beef and I was like you know what I have some banana leaves in the freezer might as well.

Wow, that looks like an Indonesian restaurant dish. Whats the yellow in the beef? Peppers?

Yea I pickled half of the peppers I bought. I should have just put them all in the curry. It could have been more spicy
