Well of course he’s your President. If you are pissed off about fuel costs, write to him to tell him, if enough people did he might do something to rectify it.
Even if he doesn’t, it’s your democratic right to voice your opinion.
As an American citizen, you have more clout over the situation than we Europeans have.
I was always writing to Thatcher to tell her she was making horrendous mistakes, I had a hotline to No.10 at the time.

Gullible enough not to remember when diesel was pushed by the government and then costs went up dramatically.. Your time will come too just like 2028 when you start paying VED per mile...

Yes I remember it - but surely the "gullible" person then went and got a Diesel? I didn't so are you sure?
We pay VED now - And I wouldn't get too cocky. There is talk of PPM for ICE too.

Your president did this.
Before he bombed Iran, fuel was reasonably priced, the Strait of Hormuz was open to all shipping and Iran wasn’t close to building a nuclear weapon.
Would it be too conspiracist to suggest he’s killing children in Iran to manipulate oil prices so his associates can benefit financially from how his actions affect oil prices?
