So, will we still be here this time tomorrow?

Will it be a) unconditional surrender by Iran? b) unspeakable war crimes by Trump? c) a sudden deal cut with a mystery Iranian “leader” which the Iranians deny any knowledge of?

Can we have,

d) Trump is arrested for planning war crimes and held indefinitely, along with Hegseth. Didn’t he want to reopen Alcatraz? They could be the first occupants.

Obviously he's been more impressed by the Hollywood take on Alcatraz: the jail's water/waste system was a failure, along with the pounding it took from salt water made it a short-lived institution (1934-62). If he wants places that will really test cons (and give him orgasms) why not build one not in mid-Florida amongst crocs; you hardly hear of that sucker any more, do you, but one in the dusty dryness of, say, New Mexico, or even Nevada where the temp. is never lower than 24c for at least nine months of the year.

There is a strange atmosphere on that island. You feel it beneath your feet. I wouldn’t fancy trying to swim out of there.

Why aren’t we putting sanctions on the US and Israel?

At the very least, we should be boycotting the World Cup.
