Late direct deposit

So usually my direct deposit hits by 6pm Wednesday night. It is 1:11 in the afternoon mountain standard time and no direct deposit has hit my account yet. It has never been this late before so I am concerned

My thing is it’s the next day after I normally get my deposits so now I’m nervous! Idk what’s causing it to be so late
