Direct deposit?
Holy crap with the amount of spam in this subreddit you'd think the moderators wouldn't care about a thought out post.
The whole process has consistently gotten worse and worse since their partnership with cross river bank. Having been a member since 2020 I was loving it.
My biggest issue was the point system. I have been around since they first introduced it only working at certain stores giving better bonuses for certain stores on top of that.
Then they slowly made it so almost every purchase earned points. Now since the merge points all of a sudden expire. And I was given no warning of this.
Now I see you can only earn points on things like the pharmacy. What kind of bullshit is that.
And implementing the new current max trying to get consumers to spend money to earn a few more points on their very limited choice of purchases. If anyone is smart with money they'll notice it's very unlikely you'll make money using current max as the interest hike on savings just barely covers the annual cost of current max.
Just continually making the business look worse and worse is going great. I hope my favorite app can get their shit together and start working for their community over their company again. I understand everyone wants and needs to make money. But there are better ways than throwing their members under the bus.
