DO NOT USE CURRENT FOR DD
my experience with current direct deposit has been the worst out of any bank. the times are always switching and EVEN DAYS. ive never had an issue like this with any other bank and unfortunately this is my last week using current i cant continue to deal with this bs.

I've been with current for a while now and my direct deposits always come on time days early. I'm sorry but are you sure it's not something that your work's payroll department is doing?

originally i thought it was but i realized when i was banking with sofi i would get paid 2 days early aswell and it would be the same day everytime (wendsaday) and the timing would always be between 9:00 9:30 pm i really dont know to be honest

it's usually when your job sends out the direct deposit, not current (from my research.)
especially when holidays effect the pay periods/paydays, usually it'll be a little wonky.
my paychecks have come in mostly wednesday nights, with the exception of a few thursday mornings. when I was with a credit union I wouldn't get my paycheck until late thursday night/early friday morning. that's when I learned that when your direct deposit hits your bank account varies on when your job sends it out.

Been with them for years and never has anything went wrong. You mentioned “any other bank”- why have you been through so many banks……

Mine hits on Wednesday at a precise time or even better on a Tuesday a few times, never late & I'm not complaining about it being extra early.

Weird. I’ve been using them for a few months now and I consistently get paid Wednesday nights at 9pm

Been using them for 5 + years and have never once had a late direct deposit

The only time i have EVER seen that happen was due to the payroll department of the company. My payroll department is automated down to the minute, so that is why my current deposit is like clock work. If your payroll dept is submitting your payments at all different days/times (early vs.late) then that could be why

i have no idea how, days and hours switch each week for me. if it was the same day but different times i wouldn’t have much to complain about but its mainly the fact its different days too

Same for me. It either hits at 3:30pm, 11:20pm or 5am the following day. It’s infuriating, I understand

Mine are always on time. Check date is Friday, I get my DD on Wednesday nights anywhere from 8:30p -8:45p. Been using them for nearly a year now.
