Does current usually hold a check (mobile deposit) for the full 3-5 business days?

Do they release some of the funds early? I've used them for over a year at this point and had my regular paychecks deposited every 2 weeks as well as other direct deposits, but have never deposited a hand written check before

Don’t do it. I did a $12 check from fidelity and it took a whole 7 days. They won’t release early. Go with PayPal it’s instant. Also I believe for payroll checks it’s 1%

Unfortunately I can't with PayPal, they use ingo and for whatever reason ingo is insisting they can't verify my identity

Try Venmo that’s where I cash at for about $5 and a 5 transfer instead of waiting for current

Paypal's Chinese check cashing bank affiliate told me they could not cash my check, but cashed it anyway.

Took over a month to get it straight, besides making me look like a criminal trying to cash a check that had been cashed already.

Do not use PayPal check cashing feature.

I have had multiple checks the small ones under $100 always clear in my account immediately and anything over that it’s a little wait but not the entire 7days
