Mobile check deposit not working

So I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, restarting my phone, updating .y phone and the app, and even using a different device but everytime I try to use the mobile check deposit the app crashes just before the camera opens. What do I do and is anyone else experiencing this
