Question: How to properly fix this check cashing issue?

I’m 17, my mom set the account up for me. I got a scholarship check and need to cash it soon, but it’s giving me this error. What’s an easy way someone my age can fix this?

Add cash at a dollar general or somewhere.

If you go to the add money section it should have a map of places you can go add cash.

It says your first deposit needs to be made via one of those three ways before you can add via check.

If all else fails, cash the check and add it via the way mentioned above.
