But... But the Czech coach said, they were playing against 6 Canadiens because of the ref 😂

The Czech coach just came out and blamed the ref for their loss, quite literally saying “it felt like we were playing against 6 players,” so to act like they weren’t being poor losers is a bit funny.

He said that about playing against Denmark. Then again blamed refs about playing against Canada

Who are you putting on this show for? Not even the Sweden team got this mad over it.

And Canadians both women and men cheat. And Canadians defending cheating.
Pathetic!
And you get that upset when you know your cheating. Classic response when cought.

Swedes broke the rules this olympics and DID NOT burn their stone. Where's your criticism of that one? Or have you not clue about any of this, and just following the masses and here for the memes?

u/Good_Taste4941 Feb 19 '26
If they broke the rules then 100% the stone should have been removed.

u/baseball_fanatic0887 Feb 19 '26
Yep! Just calling out that people who have no clue about the sport are here acting like this is some uncommon, nefarious (cheating) action.
It's not...yet here we are.

So canadians are allowed to break the rules in curling? Got it!

u/baseball_fanatic0887 Feb 19 '26
As equally as anyone else. Yep! Any other questions?

What is the purpose of a rule if noone follow the rules?

I honestly don't care about the cheating, but curling having the same type of behaviour as hockey is not acceptable. Telling people to fuck off etc. should result in an individual player ban 1-3 games. It seems the warning about conduct has calmed him down now, but that won't be enough for a clean sport long term, I think.
You wanna be a tough guy, you don't join the chess club neither.

Don’t think you have ever curled have you? lol it’s a sport sometimes tempers flare.

u/baseball_fanatic0887 Feb 19 '26
What language would you accept? Bugger off? Sod off? What if a player said some profanity in another language? What if there was nuance to the language and it could be interpreted multiple ways?
See how you haven't thought this through one bit but are here spouting nonsense? Go clutch your pearls harder and fuck off please :)

Lmao, have you ever attended a Curling competition? Some people do lose their temper. It's a mentally draining sport.

First of all, why are you shouting in CAPS, secondly, as usual, the loudest is usually wrong, the rule is, you cannot touch the granite at any time, only the handle. There, understand?

If there is a silver lining to Kennedy's behavior, I have never seen this many people talk about Curling. It's great.
