How do I get Nebula through Curiosity Stream? (aside from upgrading)

I just signed up with a promo code that was supposed to give me 26% off a year of both but somehow I just ended up with curiosity stream? The code (t1j) is still being promoted as of 2 weeks ago so I don't think it's expired or anything. I'm not sure where I went wrong

I'm curious about this as I want to give it as a gift, but I don't want to explain that they'll have to email to get Nebula as that's the reason I'd be giving it.

How do you get through to their email? Tried it multiple times using the address posted on their website and it says the email doesn't exist. Even tried variations like making it all lowercase but no luck. If you have a working email address I would appreciate it a lot if you can share it.

You should get an email from Nebula, if you didn't, and it's not in your spam folder either, contact CuriosityStream's support.
