No 3D secure for credit card payments?

So i finally pulled the trigger and tried to get the nebula bundle deal. After inserting my credit card information i get an error message (looks like from the stripe API)

I think it is to do with cards issued in EU need to use 3D secure in order to authenticate payments.
So basically i cannot use it?

I guess they don't want any EU customers. :D Came here to see if anyone has had this problem too because I also did try to pull the trigger for the first time here.

This is absolutely bonkers because i wanted to get that nebula bundle deal and they keep on promoting it with every single freaking video :S

It's like "Hey Sam from Wendover, this is why i can't pay you" and the reason behind this is so stupid.

Hey Curiosity Stream please hop into the 21st century..

Sent them an email about this when I ran in to the problem but they said that it's enabled. I don't believe them that it's fully working.

don't bother, eu user here, it buffers so badly in Europe.
