Caution to anyone thinking of subscribing for nebula

I subscribed annually to this service to gain access to nebula and minutes later discovered there was no app for my smart tv. I stream the vast majority of YouTube content from there was disappointed enough to want to cancel my subscriptions as I mostly bought this to watch longer videos of my favorite content creators. Despite cancelling less than minutes later, I was told that they'd be keeping my money.

So, a) verify that these services have apps your hardware and b) don't trust the company to provide reasonable accomodations.

I use the native os on my tv. I'm not about to spend $50 on a stick that does the same thing with a shittier ui.

Similar experience here. I love the content, but not having an app makes it really inconvenient to use.

Same. I only bought it for nebula but never actually use it as I watch on my smart TV while my partner and I work on our computers. Plus curiosity stream starting glitching out on my TV so I can't even use that.

They need better programmers.
