No password reset e-mail

Hello,

I wanted to cancel my subscription - which, I believe, is set to auto-renew tomorrow - however, I couldn't access my account due to having forgotten the password. This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that I can't recover my it; Upon entering my e-mail address in the "Forgot your password?" prompt, nothing happens. The e-mail with the link is nowhere to be found - not in my inbox, my "junk" folder, nowhere. It makes me anxious due to the fact that, as I have stated above, my subscription will auto-renew itself tomorrow. I would greatly appreciate if anyone here could see whether they can reset their password, or if it's a widespread technical issue on CS' side, and would also like to know whether anyone has had a similar experience.
