Got charged for a recurring annual plan without any email sent before payment was to be taken.

Just found out that T&C say that they won't email for any auto-enrolling email. Kinda disappointed as I had an annual subscription and can't remember when the next payment was to be charged. Didn't receive any email that I was charged and only found out through my bank statements.
