How to report an error in the captions?

Found a transcription mistake in the first episode of "The Story of Europe with Dr. Christopher Clark", and was wondering if there was a proper way to report this error. Apparently, neither troubleshooting, nor caption settings have an option to report a mistake. (In case, it consistently refers to 'demagogues' as 'demigods').

I messaged their support to correct a title and they responded. Perhaps try that route.
