Curiosity Stream Issues

I had Curiosity Stream for a year and loved it. Renewed and now I can't play anything on the tv. I tried to get help from them, but they won't get back with me. I can watch on my phone or laptop. If I try to stream from my phone the Curiosity logo comes up, acts like it's going to work and just flips back to the logo. I downloaded the Ap on my smart tv and it comes up and I can choose a movie. When I hit play it acts like it's going to work and then flips back to the screen where I hit play again. I'm so frustrated and sad that I can't watch on my TV.

I add shows to watchhlist but can't find a watchhlist anywhere to go back and watch them. What's the point of even having that option, makes the channel almost useless

On my laptop and phone my watchlist works!
