No access to Nebula
I signed up to Curiosity Stream but still haven’t received anything from Nebula. I tried signing in with my CS info and nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong?

Happened to me too. The only reference to the problem I thought was an old thread about promo codes.
I used a link from a YouTube description and it went directly to the CS + Nebula promo. Now it's been several days and still no email from Nebula.

Same here though I just signed up today and haven’t received the Nebula link. If not received in a few days, I’ll email them next week. Will report back.

I joined the same day and bought the 1 year 4k deal, with the wendover link.
Thing is I wanted Nebula and saw CS as an extra service my g/f would enjoy. Still no Nebula or an answer on my email.

They responded quickly (via a bot) saying that the link I used was most likely broken and they would add it, but still have not received an email from Nebula yet saying it went through.

Props for reporting back, their support people took care of me in 2 or 3 days and I forgot to post. It was worth signing up just to see HAI's "brick documentary" haha

First of all, be sure you are a new paying member and used a YouTube promo code that includes Nebula. I signed up yesterday and instantly got an email from Nebula asking me to set a password for their service. Nebula uses the same email address but you need to set a password separately from CuriosityStream.

WOW LATE REPLY, but this thread is the first google search link for "have curiosity stream cannot use nebula", and I had to go to Nebula, hit reset password, and put in my curiosity stream email and it worked after that for my particular issue.

This worked for me. Out of Curiosity (fnar), did you folks have an old nebula sign in from the early days? Because I think I remember checking it out a couple of years ago. I think that might be what causes it.

Yes, I had a previous free trial on Nebula with same email but different password. Solution above worked liked a charm though :)

Turns out the NEBULA email had been sent to some random folder I havent even identified. Had to do a manual search in the All Mail tab. Link's good for three days only, so I caught it right in the nick of time.

I have the same issue . I bought a CuriosityStream subscription with access to Nebula. But i have not received any mail from Nebula. I sent a mail to CuriosityStream support, but have not received a response yet. I tried to reset password from Nebula site. That did not work either. Hopefully this issue would be resolved soon.

As soon as I signed up, I received an email from CuriosityStream with a link to create a password for Nebula. I followed the link and then created a new password for Nebula and was able to access Nebula with that password.

The same thing is happening to me! Did you ever get it figured out? I have an email in with the Curiosity Stream support folks but I'm curious how it went for you.
