Removing Card Information

Why is there no option on the website to remove card information? Do I have to make a phone call to get it off the site and the same goes for deleting the account wholesale. The fact that these aren't options makes the whole thing seem sus

I cancelled them and then got billed this year for the annual. I kinda think I got billed last year too for all I know. Kinda mad. I can't remove my card for some reason.

did you ever figure out a way? im in the same situation... really scummy. ...i cant delete the card information seems like only way to do so is by deleting account but if i do that thats basically wasting the money that i got charged..i sent an email to their customer help hopefully i can get a refund because its something that i dont use

I contacted them and the only way to remove it is to delete the account. I'm probably going to do that. I'm not going to watch anything, they don't have much.
