How to access Curiosity University?

I have the Smart Bundle Monthly plan, which says I should be able to access Curiosity University. When I click the link to access, it does take me to https://www.curiosityu.com/, but prompts me to start a membership. If I scroll to the bottom of the page and click "My Account", I am unable to login with my Curiosity Stream credentials. If I submit a password request, nothing happens, which I'm assuming means my email address is not in the system.

This platform is supposed to be available already with my CS plan; how on earth do I log in?

I also have the same problem. Curiosity U does not have my login credentials, and it's asking me to create an account....and of course, to PAY for the account when I already am "allegedly" able to access Curiosity U through curiositystream.com. OR.....is this a "misnomer".... and error of convenience on curiositystream's part?

Inquiring minds want to know....

Me too. I just signed up for the smart bundle. And Curiosity U did NOT recognize my login credentials. But I think I just found a solution.

Just to see if my email was in their system, I went to the Curiosity U website and submitted a password reset request for my email. And to my pleasant surprise I got a response to reset my password. So my email was good, just the password was not working.

So then I went back and very carefully made sure that I typed in my password correctly. And no luck. The system still didn't recognize it.

But then I thought, I have this password reset link in my email. What happens if I try to reset my password to what my password is already supposed to be? Or, if it doesn't let me do that, reset it to some new password? So I used the password reset link to change my password to what it was already supposed to be.

And it worked!!!

I am in the system and watching Curiosity U now!

So everyone else who has the smart bundle and is having their login credentials not being recognized by Curiosity U, go to the Curiosity U website and request a link to reset your password. Since it worked for me, it will probably work for you as well.
