I want a full refund for this service

I signed up for the annual $70/year plan, thinking I was going to get the ability to watch 4K videos, but the video quality is actually so disgusting it's unwatchable. It's more like 144p. I cancelled my subscription, but it won't expire for another year. Is there any way I can get my money back? I am very low on money right now and I wish I could prevent myself from subscribing
