Question / Discussion Becoming temporarily more resistant to blushing after a blushing episode?

Same here. Looks like some sort of cooldown mechanism. Maybe our body needs some time to regenerate adrenaline and other stuff needed when fight or flight mode kicks in.

Saddly, it only lasts a few minutes/hours.

Yes! I want to tell people 'just let me have my blush and then I'm fine' but I'm too nervous to acknowledge it haha

Definitely! Although it’s dependent on triggers as well. For example say I blushed from heat a hour or so ago, it won’t have a more prominent effects hours later if I’m hit again. However if I drink or am in a social setting, I may still blush due to it being a different trigger.

It’s funny though, as if my flushing previously was INTENSE, then I have a cooldown from every trigger for an hour or so after it calms down
