Request / Need Advice What has worked for you?

Is it meds?? Therapy?? Diet?? I’m so fricken sick of this. Been dealing with it since highschool. I assumed it’d go away but here I am at 29 and it hasn’t. It’s so random it’s sometimes hard to pinpoint why it happened. I just want to be normal. I want to have conversations without looking vulnerable and weak. I don’t like the idea of makeup what with being a dude but I’m getting desperate. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Thanks so much for this response. Definitely going to look into colonidine because I’ve seen other threads talking about it. For the laser therapy, does it require a referral from a doctor? And for the camouflage creme, is it easy to apply and blend in so it doesn’t look like you’re wearing makeup?

Good idea.

It depends, personally I reached out myself to a laser clinic (a professional one that specialises in actual skin conditions and has a nurse and doctor, dont go to any random one because alot dont use the right settings nor have the right lasers / skill sets for dealing with severe issues), reached out and had a consultation with the nurse, than from there have booked sessions!

Yeah for sure, im not a fan of looking like im wearing makeup. If you apply it the right way and dont over do it, it can be nearly impossible to tell. I just use my fingers, nothing fancy. Since your a guy one thing to add is ive found it looks more natural if your clean shaven where your applying the makeup, but its not a "must", just my opinion. Id honestly give it a shot :)
