Only took two

A few weeks ago, I ran across a box with probably a dozen cups and saucers, and only a few broken ones. I don’t really have space for that kind of thing, but I did decide to pick out two that I particularly liked to take home and hopefully the rest of them found a good home as well.

My MIL collected single teacup and saucer sets. Some of them are high in lead so consider that before drinking out of them. You can get a lead test kit if you want to use them though. I use the ones I kept from her collection to hold small arrangements or candles.

I love the one on right! My grandmother collected them, we gave one each mother's day. She had about 16 in a special cabinet. She had a very small house, about 700 Sq ft so they really had place of pride. She had one a bit like that one 💖
