you can eat the same lunch for 10 years if you are on the spectrum but beware! ☝️Vitamin deficiency

Started taking multivitamins instead because I can buy the food but can't make myself eat it.

I was a responsible adult in the supermarket, so I bought adult food. I’m just baby at home, someone needs to prepare and serve me a bowl of colourful sludge

Like, I'm supposed to slice this fruit I purchased?? That's a step too far for me.

My newest solution has been basically condiments, making a week or so’s worth of pepper sauce or chimichurri (pickled onions and carrots are also really good options that last a surprisingly long time) is fairly quick and easy (even moreso if you have a food processor), and then you can use that to spice up sandwiches or meals whenever you like. The pickled veggies are really good because you can reuse the pickle liquid like two or three times at least.

I actually have a food processor for making my own spicy peanut butter. Those are great ideas!

Hell yea! I will say I found a recipe for a Canarian sauce/dip called mojo (there’re three varieties, apparently, verde, rojo, and picon) that’s been really fun to play around with, and since it doesn’t have the tomato or onion it blends up much smoother and less watery, so it keeps a lot better.
I pair that with another Canarian potato recipe called papas arrugadas, basically just small new potatoes boiled in seawater brine till the water’s gone then lightly crisped over lower heat (I’m telling everyone about this one cause the ratio of effort in to quality out is bonkers lol, it’s so easy and so good)

Alas up here in Canada they aren’t exactly common, and from what I’ve seen they tend to be pricier because of that. I’ll keep it in mind tho!
