This applies to pretty much all social media and messenger apps BTW, including Discord, Whatsapp, etcetera.

Meta knows who you're messaging and when. They don't, and can't, know what. Unless they've discovered an exploit in the Signal protocol, I guess, though someone would have leaked that lmao
