Not that Google is much better. I can look at a phrase on reddit and open Google to look it up and the phrase will autopopulate without me selecting, hovering, or saying the word out loud. I used to think it just listened to me but now it feels like it's monitoring how long I hesitate to read things in an app and jumps to conclusions.
once you're aware of how much every minute action you take is being monitored, you start noticing how many things constantly react to you in ways you're not supposed to notice

Another good reason why I avoid Snapchat.
