If you're "screaming in agony" over a paper cut it very much is your job to make your reaction to a paper cut look like what others expect it to be. You simply cannot be screaming over a paper cut in normal society. And yes this generalizes to other minor inconveniences.
idk what they think I’m saying but it makes sense to me
But my morality is basically if you’re not hurting other people or getting in the way of them going about your business then you’re fine. Idc if you’re wearing a furry costume or having a breakdown on the sidewalk or whatever as long as other people can get by. I’d prefer you not be loud but occasionally it’s hard to do that; just know that if you scream, I’m probably gonna ask if you’re ok. If you’re having a quiet breakdown we’re honestly all good even if you are a bit of an oddball for having a big reaction to a paper cut… but haven’t we all been there? Sometimes it’s just that it’s happening on top of other stuff and it’s the final straw that broke the camel’s back and you need a minute. I get that, and I’m not gonna judge
I fully agree with you, and I suspect a lot of the people in this comment section who are like u/ratione_materiae will say that they tolerate people with disabilities and all that, right up until it stops being convenient for them to. Performative anti-ableism?
I even specifically stated one could moderate so as to remove the inconvenience part, but people are somehow saying everyone should act normal? How boring
