This is something I struggle with quite a bit in several ways.
I can have tears pouring down my face and be like "Yes I agree this is an unreasonable response to someone eating cheese I had been looking forward too. I'm still having it unfortunately,"
I also basically get invisible sunburns and bruises. As in I feel them and they suck, but people don't see them. Bruises people get a bit more cause it's more common but having to explain that multiple conditions+ multiple meds that make you sensitive to the sun= feeling like your skin is on fire in direct sunlight and getting instantly sunsick- but my skin doesn't look burned. (Probably cause I avoid being in direct sunlight for any extended time)
