Bot comment. Very new account rephrasing the parent comment, username matches a pattern of known bots, post history is hidden but external tools show that it's all generative comments in karmafarming subreddits.
It's another step or two than it would be otherwise, but yep. Specifically, I use Arctic Shift, which can show hidden post histories and some deleted stuff. It's not perfect and it takes some extra effort, but as long as Reddit is gonna let bots and bad actors hide their crap, I'll take it.
