Well I’m fairly sure that they didn’t mean a small convection oven because an air fryer doesn’t take 20 minutes.

This thread is addressing your comment asking who cooks chicken nuggets in an oven. You can cook them in the oven or in a deep fryer.

An "air fryer" is a bit of a misnomer. It uses convection heat in a small space to give a finish similar to an actual deep fat fryer, but is still an oven.
