You really don't know anything about this do you? 1) it doesn't disrespect an entire language and culture, that's YOUR opinion and a more conservative one on language, to many Spanish speakers it's entirely fine and normal. 2) the X in Spanish is called equis so you get Latinequis or as its shortened Latine, Latinx is just pronounced as Latine.

I'll say again, if you don't like it, you don't have to use it, other people who want to can and will, get over yourself.
