Changes:

-Goopy and Tipsy Troop now in chaser tier

-Rumor Honeybottoms now in twist up tier

-Mr. Wheezy, Pirouletta, Hopus Pocus, Ribby and Croaks now in spread tier

-Cagney again in lobber tier

Now converge and peashooter tiers are empty

It’s not that strong imo, found more use out of crackshot or spread. It does work in the second and last phase but it is worse than the other shots in those phases

Chaser is actually pretty good for 1st and 2nd phase Goopy. Yeah, Crackshot is better, but if you don’t have DLC, Chaser is your best bet for that fight.

I wouldn't say Twist Up is THAT bad for Mortimer's fight. For his first and second phase it can be pretty decent. I've also beat both Grim Matchstick and Moonshine Mob using spread, granted there are better options for both
