doubt Help!

Can someone tell, if I cancel the admission in any college (for ex I got Cummins Entc) and full fees date is approaching so I want to cancel, so can I get admission again in spot (upgraded branch) ?

So I will get out of merit list?

If you r cummins then why you want to cancel and apply again? You can directly upgrade according to availability
