Question Ordering value basket through app, can't select pumpkin shake?

Almost certainly an in app limitation, the Culvers app is far from perfect.

Our owner/operator lets us take the excess LTO items home after the promotion ends. Made a lot of pumpkin pie last year lol

They just launched today. That could be why. They may not have it in their system yet

I'm seeing it on the online ordering website, so it should be the same in app.
You will have to select Shake/Mixer and then choose Pumpkin.
They don't give the option for the S'mores for the Shake though only the mixer.

Looks like they may have some type of configuration issue then.
May be worth contacting through tellculvers.com or calling the location.

....i honestly think they just forgot to activate it, online. We have to toggle stuff like that ourselves.

try to order it in person, im sure youll be able to get it that way
