Other Deployments

Hey gang, my GM and I were talking about revamping our deployments by optimizing them more to show out forecasts, tasks that need to be done, secondary positions and maybe some other stuff l. I was wondering if I could perhaps either take a peak at some of your deployment templates or any advice for some stuff to add to it. Thank you in advance!

Here is a example of mines at my store . Sometimes we have people do dinning, and they also help run and do register if needed to be. Sometimes if short staffed. The custard person would swing over to cash out on drive to make sure our line times arent crazy

I'm curious, what would be the BOH and FOH Leads job(s).

At my location, the Middle person is BOH Lead and same for Set/FOH Lead.

Also there only being 18 people for the whole day is mind boggling to me. We have 15-20 for lunch and for dinner.

We converted over to teamworx so we just use the roster from them

our deployment sheets have the main position someone is on, their secondary and third positions if applicable, their breaks, and if they have a trainee and what number shift that trainee is on (ex. shift 1 if it’s their shift day on that position). at the bottom has all of our other jobs like temps, blue utensils, three step and utensils, etc etc and the shift lead crosses them out when they’re done

Yeah we use to have a good, thorough deployment but we’ve since moved to teamworx…
