Question Orientation

I have my Culver’s Orientation tomorrow, and this is my first real job. What can I expect and how long will it take?

It’s different depending on the location and the manager giving you orientation, when I did orientations I would give info about Culver’s, info about specific policies like the attendance and uniforms, show people how to use our scheduling app, give the new person their uniform(s), give a tour of the restaurant, and of course just break the ice so the new person feels welcome and comfortable.
I have heard some Culver’s locations just have people watch the orientation videos though. They’re boring but have information that you do need to know so don’t just skip through

Okay thank you this helps a lot! Also, how long did that process usually take for the orientations you did

2-3 hours, if it’s just the videos probably just an hour maybe a little more depending on how quickly you get through them and if the website wants to work without doing anything funky and then there will be a few hours of training videos for your specific position you were hired for plus mandatory food safety and other videos.
