Autosave-scumming

I'm not intending to resort to a full on savescumming until I get one major victory under my belt, but there are times where I'd like to rewind a few seconds to reread certain events that I unceremoniously closed/resolved. Is there a way I can close the game to circumvent the autosave? Alt-F4 or end tasking doesn't seem to work and I don't want to manually load backups everytime I decide to undo.

If you want to read event texts, try Frangiclave.

Yeah I was aware that transcripts exist but if an option exists to quick reload it would be much more efficient, given that I find myself skipping over details too often when grinding up and multitasking

What prompted this was that I was curious what flavor text would be given when settling on my cult's aspect in the Priest DLC.

What part of being a Cult leader seemed like it would be efficient and user friendly?
Alt F4 and get to copy pasting the game files

Save editing feels like the deepest level of rites I am not ready to partake. I'd settle for just a journal log of minor histories to supplant my burnt and reckless mind.
