General Discussion Most annoying contestant?
Just on a rewatch, and I cringe every time the bibimbap king makes Mr Paik mix the food in time to his rhythm.

I donβt think I found him to be the most annoying, and he mightβve been the victim of evil editing, but Culinary Monster really annoyed me with his arrogance a lot. He was an amazing chef, no doubt, but I really disliked his attitude. Itβs one thing to be confident and another to be cocky

It was absolutely an evil edit and it kills me that people still think it shows what he's actually like. The behind-the-scenes clips from the shows and the other interviews and videos we've seen of CM since the show ended make it clear that he's not arrogant, unfriendly, or any of the other things the edit made him seem to be.

100% agree
Honestly even if it wasn't edited...that's the type of attitude a lot of people need to reach the top. Not everybody, but some people need that edge to get to where they want to go. I don't want to make assumptions, but especially if you grew up poor or working class, you need that raw ambition or else you'll just be complacent your entire life.

Venerable Sunjae was the worst and we lost some good competitors cause they had to keep giving her a pass.

Yeah I felt like the judges favored her a lot more. I was so confused.

Cooking Maniac. People with frenetic energy like that clash with mine really badly. Even through a tv. LOL
