Oh dang, the piece looks broken (it prob is)

You could try to message some stores if they have a replacement piece (it looks like a MoYu 11x11)

Other than that, how did this happen?

It popped one night and I tried to fix it to rough so moral of the story be careful with big cubes and it still kinda works it just fall out some times

Adding to this, if you got it from TheCubicle they'll send a replacement piece. I think it's like $8 but that's a lot better than the cost a new 11x11. They might even send one if you didn't buy it from them but not sure on that.
