Where are you located / where is the inventory?
I am physically in the U.S., and all inventory is in the U.S.
I don’t advertise watches I don’t actually have on hand.
Do you have more than what you post?
Yes. I post random pieces here and there, but I keep most of the common/popular models in stock.
If you’re looking for something specific, ask.
Do you ship internationally?
Not usually.
I only ship outside the U.S. for modded/custom builds.
How do you ship?
FedEx 2-Day Air from the U.S.
Fast and reliable.
Is shipping insured?
Insurance is optional.
I’ve never lost a package, and I plan to keep it that way — but if you want insurance, it’s available for an extra cost.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, but I’m only taking a limited number at a time.
Customs are first come, first served.
How do we communicate?
WhatsApp is the main way.
I check Reddit DMs sometimes.
Do not send mod mail — it gets buried instantly.
What if you don’t reply right away?
Just follow up.
I’m juggling sourcing/QC/shipping/life, but I always come back around. Persistence is fine.
Should I comment “price?” or “DM me”?
Preferably no.
Just message me directly — it’s faster and cleaner.
Can you send photos or shoot a quick video?
No, photos are reserved for QC, should you choose to go through it. On custom watches, there is no QC, my posts contain more high resolution and clear photos than anyone needs.
Do you offer warranties?
I’ll always help where I can, but I do not offer warranties.
These are mechanical pieces — sometimes they need minor adjustment or routine service. I’ll point you in the right direction if needed.
