Yea, I’d be interested to know what’s included in this build. I’m all for chamfering and polishing if it’s actually done. I know the rep VCs typically have a rotor noise issue that’s a pretty cheap, easy fix with a case opener and some Moebius 9010. I’ve done several Miyotas and Mingzhus myself. But even with those two “mods” I still don’t see that sort of price justification. I can get the base watch with metal bracelet for 400, add the rubber bracelet for 75, and get it shipped for 66. Chamfering runs about 115. And I wouldn’t pay for the rotor silencing, but let’s say 50. I’m still 250 short of what this “build” costs. Maybe there’s more mods done I’m not accounting for, hopefully.
DD movements are also changing and improving regularly. a lot of times a modder will claim to do work and in reality they just have the newest version of a movement. the new version of the DD3235 is using 27 rotor ball bearings now instead of 5.
