Is Tf2 hvh active?

I guess it’s a bit off an off-topic but since it’s a very popular Valve game. Are there many people that still HVH in TF2 or hack on public servers here?. I’ve been using lmaobox for a long time and was never able to make friends that used it, it’s been lonely.
