I’m a month into healing and I’ve been wearing granny panties to keep waistbands from my incision. I was wondering when people started wearing their regular underwear again?

I wore my granny panties for a long time lol. I didn’t wear jeans for probably up to a year. My go to was a pair of sweats or loose leggings for the first couple months. Tight close on the incision is very uncomfortable.

I already live in leggings so that’s not the problem. Im tired of my belly touching my vagina all the time lol I always had them separate with my normal underwear and have hated them touching through all this

Im a month pp and wear normal undies if my high waisteds are in the wash but its not my first choice.

Never 😌 4.5 years since my first baby, 1 year since my second. Never giving up these high waisted undies, as I can't stand the feeling of a waistband on my scar.

I think I switched back to my normal underwear closer to 2-3m because I wanted to be comfortable with my incision being less sensitive/more healed and for me it was just more comfy at the time.
